Amakhosi legend Zwane, better known as '10111', has promised his "unwavering" support for the club he has been a servant of for 23 years despite being twice demoted since May.Zwane was named the club's head coach last season but backlash from the fans, on the back of poor results, saw the top brass <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/news/arthur-zwane-demoted-former-bafana-bafana-head-coach-molefi-ntseki-named-new-kaizer-chiefs-head-coach/blt48639677abe44218" target="_blank">move swiftly to remove him from the hot seat and named him the assistant to Molefi Ntseki</a>.That arrangement, as you may know, did not stand the test of time as <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/news/kaizer-chiefs-fire-molefi-ntseki-and-make-arthur-zwane-decision-after-carling-knockout-exit/bltd08a85af35afa23c" target="_blank">Ntseki was sacked and Zwane took the fall with him</a> and was redeployed to the club's development department.Two demotions in the space of five months, is demoralizing for anyone, but Zwane says Kaizer Motaung Senior has taught him to remain positive in telling times.

WHAT ZWANE SAID

"I've seen a lot of people that have said a lot of things, bad things. But he’s not judgmental. None of that changes him. He’s always positive. We thank God for keeping him this long," said Zwane."Dr Motaung taught me to remain humble even when chips are down and when there’s pressure. He’s not a person that panics. He’s always looking for solutions. The man is not judgmental. Always trying to improve as an individual," Zwane added.

AND WHAT ELSE?

For many years, there have been cries for big teams to employ former players, but Zwane's experiment did not go well and employing Ntseki to the hot seat - a coach with no experience as a head coach in the PSL - did not pay dividends either.Ntseki has left Chiefs and will be looking around for coaching opportunities while Zwane will look to rebuild his confidence and coaching career in the club's youth structures.

Amakhosi have welcomed back a couple of players who were on international duty as Sibongiseni Mthethwa was with Bafana Bafana while Thatayaone Ditlhokwe was with Botswana and Edson Castillo represented Venezuela. Chiefs will resume Premier Soccer League action this weekend in a big bid to make up for lost ground under Ntseki's tenure as Cavin Johnson holds the mop at hand, <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/kaizer-chiefs-coach-hunt-who-will-amakhosi-turn-to-should-cavin-johnson-experiment-fail/bltea0350eece6f0d98" target="_blank">but only for the time being</a> as the Glamour Boys <a href="https://www.goal.com/en-za/lists/colin-kazim-richards-ex-brighton-and-feyenoord-star-hoping-to-land-psl-deal-amid-kaizer-chiefs-contact/blt148eb051eaabc7d2" target="_blank">are linked with an international mentor</a>.
